New Clients - Who Can Play?

Qualifications:
  • Friendly, non-aggressive, socialized healthy dogs of at least 10 lbs.
  • Adults over six months of age must be spayed or neutered
  • Puppies under six months are accepted once they receive their rabies vaccine, and can attend without being fixed until the age of six months.
Health Requirements:
  • written veterinary certification of good general health and current vaccines including Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella (kennel cough) every 6 months.
  • Your dog needs to have had a fecal exam in the last year, and be worm-free. They also need to be on a monthly heartworm, flea, and tick regimen.
  • Dogs are extremely active at Dog-ma. If your dog requires restrictions on its activity levels for medical reasons, the setting may not be appropriate.

  • If you've spoken with us on the phone, sign and print the last three pages of the application to bring with you to your dog's evaluation day, or fax them in advance to 202-315-3277, along with your veterinary vaccine records.
  • Finally, bring your dog for an evaluation day of daycare, which we will schedule with you when you call. If you're filling out the application via email instead, note your preferred days for an evaluation. We will telephone you to confirm a day upon receipt.
  • Print a copy of your completed form. If document returns blank, this will enable you to get a copy to us without having to do the form all over again.
  • Don't wait until the last minute!
